The role
You will work directly with the founder and the platform architect, acting as the connective tissue between product vision and engineering delivery. Concretely, you will:
- Own the product backlog. Clean it up, keep it structured, make sure every item is clear, prioritised, and actionable before it reaches engineering.
- Be the interface between the founder and the platform architect. Translate business and planning requirements into well-specified product items, and translate technical constraints back into business language.
- Test every new feature release. Run structured testing on new functionality before it ships, reproduce issues, and write clear, reproducible bug reports.
- Document the product. Write and maintain feature documentation, release notes, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Suggest new ideas. You will use the product daily and see client use cases up close, we expect you to propose improvements, and good ones will ship.
Who we’re looking for
You live in two worlds: you understand supply chain planning concepts, and you’re comfortable around technology. You will not be asked to code, but you need to hold your own in conversations with both a planner and an engineer.
Must have:
- Must be based in a timezone aligned with India Standard Time (IST).
- Master’s student or recent graduate in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of demand planning and inventory planning concepts (forecasting, S&OP, safety stock, forecast accuracy/bias).
- Genuine comfort with software and data, you can read a data model, understand what an API does, and discuss logic with an engineer without needing to write the code yourself.
- Strong writing skills, documentation and specifications are half the job.
- Structured, autonomous, and detail-oriented; you notice when something is off.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- High curiosity.
- Interest in AI applied to supply chain.
What you’ll get
- Direct exposure to a founder-led SaaS company at seed stage, you will see product, clients, and strategy from the inside.
- Real ownership from week one, with visible impact on a product used in production by global clients.
- Mentoring from senior supply chain and platform experts.
- A genuine path to a full-time position: this internship is designed as a six-month mutual trial. If it works, and we intend for it to work, it leads to a permanent role in the team.
